Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Work Orders should be submitted electronically through the IMPAK Work Order on-line portal system. Please call the Management Office at 314-328-7060 for urgent maintenance issues such as water leaks, power outages and the like. If you do not have access to Angus, contact your office’s facilities contact for additional assistance.
Q: How do I get access to the fitness center?

A: All onsite employees of US Bank Plaza tenants must sign the Fitness Center Agreement Form. Copies of the agreement forms can be requested from or picked up at the Management Office. After being filled out and signed, this can be emailed to us at Claire.Muckerman@cushwake.com and Kathy.Nguyen1@cushwake.com or it may be hand delivered.

Q: Do you offer security escorts?
A: Yes, US Bank Plaza offers 24/7/365 escorts by calling 314-500-2050. Escorts can be scheduled in advance as well on an as-needed basis.
Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Tenants may bike to work, however please note that bike racks are not available at this time. Bikes should be stored in designated tenant spaces. Please utilize the freight elevator when taking bicycles to tenant space.
Q: Where can guests and visitors to my office park?
A: Guest can be directed to park in the US Bank Parking Garage or the 7th Street Parking Garage. For parking validations please contact your office’s facilities contact.
Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: After hour needs are communicated through the work order system. Please reach out to your office’s facilities contact to submit a Work Order. Please note that additional charges may apply to after-hours HVAC service.
Q: How do I pick up and send out mail? Overnight shipping and deliveries?
A: All mail deliveries must check in with security prior to being delivered to the designated tenant space. UPS drop box is available on the first floor north end of the elevator lobby.
Q: Who should I contact if I see something suspicious, hazardous, or someone needs help in or near the building?
A: US Bank Plaza offers 24/7/365 security. Security may be contacted at 314-500-2050. The Security team will follow proper protocol and contact appropriate authorities when necessary. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 first then call security to ensure directions and access are expedited for first responders.
Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: Please reach out to your office’s facilities contact to submit a Work Order.
Q: Who do I contact for issues with the payment kiosk in the Micromarket?
A: Please contact the Management Office at 314-328-7060.
